Auto-Pedestrian Crash Causes Interstate 25 to Close on Monday Morning

During the early Monday morning, a fatal auto-pedestrian crash caused all lanes of southbound Interstate 25 to close at 144th Avenue.

According to the Westminster Police Department, the accident happened around 2:30 a.m and all southbound lanes were closed until almost 6 a.m.

there's no more details about what caused the crash and if anyone sustained major injuries as of the time of this writing.

Authorities said this is an ongoing investigation.
