A 35-year-old male was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident in Loveland last Wednesday.
According to the Loveland Police Department, the multi-vehicle accident happened around 6 p.m. on the evening of March 11th, at the intersection of North Garfield Avenue and 71st Street, in north Loveland.
Apparently, the motorcyclist was northbound on Garfield Ave. when a southbound vehicle attempting a left turn onto 71st, cut the man off. Tragically, the motorcyclist collided into the side of the turning vehicle.
Police are still investigating the accident, and as of the time of this writing, intoxication has not been ruled out as a contributing factor. At a later date, the Larimer Coroner’s Office will release the man’s name.
