A motor vehicle accident between an SUV and a fire engine occurred in Centennial on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office, the driver of a white SUV turned in front of a speeding fire engine that was responding to a call about a house fire, causing the engine to crash into the SUV.
The crash took place at the intersection of Orchard Road and South Parker Road on the afternoon of July 14th.
Thankfully, no one was injured in the collision. A second fire engine was sent to respond to the fire in place of the first one. The driver of the SUV received a citation from the police.
