After earning his law degree and graduating from the University of Denver, Saul R. Sarney founded the firm of Sarney, Trarttler & Waitkus where he practiced for 20 years. After leaving that firm, Mr. Sarney founded a small boutique law firm that specialized in personal injury and motor vehicle accident claims, wrongful death and insurance disputes. Mr. Sarney now brings his considerable experience to the Gold Law Firm.
Mr. Sarney has received numerous awards for the work he’s done as an attorney, including a Martindale Hubbell AV Rating and recognition as a pre-eminent attorney in the United States in its’ Bar Registry of Pre-eminent Attorneys, a listing in Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in America and the prestigious 2017 Kenneth Norman Kripke Lifetime Achievement Award.
Mr. Sarney is a member of many professional associations including The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The Denver Bar Association, The Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, The Brain Injury Association of Colorado and the R.S.D.S. Association of America and has also served as President of The Board of Directors of the Diana Price Fish Cancer Foundation and as Chairman of the Interprofessional Committee of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations.
Mr. Sarney has taught multiple seminars and workshops on a variety of topics including wrongful death, trial litigation skills and techniques, evidence, traumatic brain injury, and insurance law.
