Interstate 70 at Georgetown was closed in both directions on Friday afternoon, due to a semi-truck that caught fire.
According to the Colorado State Patrol, around 2:30 p.m. on the afternoon of October 9th, a tractor-trailer became completely engulfed in flames for an unknown reason. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
I-70 was closed completely for only about half an hour when emergency crews were able to open up some of the lanes to traffic.
