Plea Deal Possible for Driver in Fatal RTD Crash – Denver Personal Injury Attorney
A plea deal seems to be in the works for a contracted RTD driver who ran a red light and struck several other vehicles in April. According to The Denver Post, 2 people were killed and 11 others injured in the accident. Tidenekiyalsh Hawariyat, 30, was "charged with two counts of careless driving resulting in death and 11 counts of careless driving resulting in injury." All of the charges are misdemeanors in the state of Colorado.
